As a former U.S. Marine, co-founder of Freedom Fitness - Tyler Brush knows first-hand the sacrifices so many men and women have made to fight for our freedoms here in the U.S.A. He understands our freedoms have come at a cost. Now as a veteran, it is his mission to ensure that we are not taking our lives or our freedoms for granted, and that we are living every moment to its fullest. He believes that you can live to your highest potential and serve others best when you are healthy, strong, and free from the bonds of unhealthy eating and poor exercise habits. Our Services

All of our programs are completely customized to your fitness goals! We do not believe in one-size fits all personal training. All you have to do is choose your level of intensity and program-type. From there, we’ll schedule a consultation call to go over your specific goals. Looking to train for a Spartan race? We’ll customize a plan for that. Looking to increase muscle mass in your arms? We’ll customize a plan for that. Looking to play in the Turkey Bowl without pulling your hamstring? We’ll customize a plan for that. We pride ourselves in the fact that each plan is uniquely curated for YOU.

Step 1:

Choose Your Level

  • Foundational exercises that focus on body weight and mobility, along with an overall focus on improving cardiovascular and muscular endurance health. (Great for those with limited time and equipment) - Personalized for you (goals, gender, equipment access, etc.)

  • Intermediate-level exercises that focus on incorporating more weight and HIIT training. This can help aid your specific body composition goals such as increased muscle mass, weight loss, body re-composition, and cardiovascular stamina. Personalized for you (goals, gender, equipment access, etc.)

  • Advanced/Elite level exercises that incorporate heavy weight, high volume, and high intensity. This level may require more access to equipment (such as a gym) and more time to dedicate to working out. This is for individuals who have more specific performance goals (training for events, beating PRs, etc. and/or workout junkies who want to push it further.) Personalized for you (goals, gender, equipment access, etc.)

Step 2:

Choose Your Package

    • Ongoing personalized nutrition plan that will be adapted as you continue to progress and improve. This includes calorie and macronutrient ranges.

    • Customized workout plan for 6 weeks. This includes 5 workouts per week, for a total of 30 custom workouts for YOU.

    • One free in-person training session

    • Access to text or call trainers any time.

    • Option to transition to Monthly Package after 12 weeks at a discounted rate of $150

    • Ongoing personalized nutrition plan that will be adapted as you continue to change and improve. This includes calorie and macronutrient ranges

    • Customized workout plan for 12 weeks. This includes 5 workouts per week, for a total of 60 custom workouts for YOU.

    • Two free in-person training sessions

    • Access to text or call trainers any time.

    • Option to transition to Monthly Package after 12 weeks at a discounted rate of $150

    • Ongoing monthly personalized nutrition plan that includes calorie and macronutrient ranges

    • Personalized workout plan on a month-to-month basis. This includes 5 workouts per week

    • This is for someone who has long term health goals that will require more than 3 months and/or someone who wants or needs consistent accountability to maintain results.

    • Access to text or call trainers any time.

  • Purchase a one-on-one training session with your coach. You will be pushed to your limits and guided every step of the way. You will be shown proper form, technique, and functions of all movements.

  • Buy 8 in person training sessions and receive $40 OFF regular price. Total of $320 for 8 sessions.
